Has a very recent change from Google resulted in some loss of Call Extension tracking? In looking into what appears to be a change in mobile ad formats (visible phone number) a Google Rep told me that they very recently rolled out a new product feature where mobile ads are now showing a phone number and also a click-to-call button.  OK, cool right? Two New Temporary Headers added to AdWords Structured Snippet Extension – Cyber Monday and Black Friday

  Google AdWords adds two new temporary headers to the Structured Snipped Extension just in time for the holidays.  Say hello to the Black Friday and Cyber Monday Headers! Was There a Recent Penguin Refresh?

  The excerpt above was from a blog post on Search Engine Land back on July 13th. Well, that would put the update possibly right around now. I happened to take a look at the Mozcast and saw a bit of a spike.
